excises suggestions

So I've been excising daily and I wanted to lose weight in my upper body, because my legs are fine but I lose only a little weight where I want to (my hands and the top) and the fat in my legs turned into muscles and yeah they look a lot better I don't regret it ^_^ but I need to know what sort of excises I need to lose weight in my upper body and hands so what do you guys suggests ? I'm thinking rope skipping I heard it's a great cardio and I also do weight lifting and it worked a little
