Ok so I like to do things different..

I will use a nut milk or oat milk, also I will most probably sprinkle with ground almonds..

I might not add chocolate, as to many cals, BUT will mix in some hot choc power, the 40 cals one xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hell Yeah, will let you know what I do and how I do it later, but for now... xx

I need to get to shop for avocados pants ..........................:brokenheart:

    Try this avocado yumminess:

    1/4 small pineapple
    2 golden delicious apples
1/2 ripe avocado (de-stoned and peeled)
    1 medium banana (peeled)

Juice the pineapples and the apples. Put the avocado, banana and juice in a blender and whizz up 'til smooth. Enjoy!!

I love avocados, but I don't think I'd want to drink them. ew

I don't like avocados but I LOVE the smoothie I posted above. You can't taste the avocado it just makes the smoothie super creamy. Honestly, try it!! It is so good for you. It's from Jason Vale's Keeping It Simple.

The info in the book says:

Contains essential fats, amino acids, fibre, vitamins A, B, B6, C and E, riboflavin, iron, calcium, copper, phosphorus, zinc, boron, niacin, magnesium, folic acid and carotenes.
  • Hmm.. Will be giving this a go tomorrow.

hmmm ... might be good.... ever dipped fries into milkshakes?
  • I tried my own variation of the smoothie just a few seconds ago, and just want to say that it's crazy good! I added red apples since they were all I had lying around, a few slices of orange, pineapple spears, a whole avacado (there's still a bunch of the smoothie left over so that's a good thing), a banana, a teaspoon of honey, and a dash of cinnamon.. wow. Lol. Looked gross because I'd never eaten a green smoothie, but this took me by surprise. Thanks for tuning me on to this,

It's so good right!! I might try adding orange, sounds yummy : ) I'm going raw for next week (maybe longer if it goes well) and I will be having this a lot I think for breakfasts. Yum yum.

I love these! I get them from this Vietnamese place I go to but I will try the recipe without the chocolate.

I love avocado smoothies. If I buy a large avocado, I usually use at least half of it in a smoothie. It's even good with just avo/milk/ice.

I add a little protein powder to mine. Yums.
