my weight remains unchanged for the past two months but i have been told by many people that i look better than before. if my weight is the same and i still look good, i wonder what has actually happened? your precious comments plz

You lost inches, even tho the scale stayed the same.
The scale can be the worst and best measure of progress.. Invest in a tape measure, and see where you are now compared to before.0 -
You are a guy! You have been blasting off the fat and packing on some muscle. Even though it weighs more it's a lot leaner and will help you burn even more calories. If you're getting that many compliments you're doing great!0

Since you have been walking more, you have been toning up your body and building muscle. Pay attention to how your clothes fit and to how you feel. Scales some how never seem to tell the whole picture. Glad you are getting compliments. That is super!0
