Yup, wine lover here too!
But the calories can really add up, especially the more you drink, the more you stop caring about the cals, and just pour, pour, pour away!
Which is the reason why I've had to really restrict it now, as it was THE prime reason for my weight gain. I only drink it on special occasions now, ie people's birthdays, weddings, Christmas, etc.
Weekdays, weekends, months that have 30 or 31 days, etc.
You know....special occasions.

I drink wine. Most days I meet me friends for happy hour and have s couple of glasses of Rose. On weekends I get drunk on the stuff. It bloats me the next day but doesn't affect my weight.0
