Lunch at work... help!

Hello all! I just started a new job working with children. We eat with them in a cafeteria during the shift. Although there is a salad bar sometimes, I prefer to bring my own food. There is a microwave on the campus as well as a fridge, however, it is not easy to get a break to go make something. What are some meals I can pack in my bag that don't need to be kept cold or be warmed up? Oh, and that are low in calories?! Thanks in advance for the help!

Adrienne :)

Can't be kept hot or cold- wow! I would be on here looking for ideas as well!
    Sandwich:
    one piece of ciabatta bread
top with low fat cheese and apple slices and mixed greens, arugula and an egg
    saute greens with grilled chicken
    Super stumped...

You should look into some sort of small lunch bag that is insulated. Many of them will let you put a freezer thing in it and that would keep your food cold until you ate it.
