Newbie! Need tips and motivation!

Hi! I'm new here and recently started calorie counting. I think it's amazing cos I know when I overeat, and can exercise off the weight immediately after. I usually do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and yoga everyday and I want to know if anyone's arch hurts when they do lunges? I have a slightly flat foot...

    I have a slightly flat foot as well. If you sit on the balls of your feet (with your knees touching the floor lightly) it will help stretch out your arch and help the soreness/tightness go away.

    Same issue. Since I usually do cardio at home, I did it barefoot. Once I started wearing sports shoes, my arches got better support. Keep on moving!

    Welcome to MFP. I just got the 30 day shred yesterday and loved it. it was a good work out band it was easy to follow along.
