Guitless Pumpkin "Pie"

1/2 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
Dash of McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
Truvia/Splenda to taste

Put 1/2 cup pure pumpkin in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for approx 30 seconds, or until warm. Add pumpkin pie spice and sweetener to taste. Enjoy! Cures my pumpkin pie cravings everytime! Warm and satisfying!

Approx. 40 Calories, 9g Carbs, 1g Fat, and 2g Protein (1/2cup=1 serving)

    I wonder if you can use honey instead of sugar, too. Anyone tried that?

    Somewhere I ready for substituting honey for sugar... use 1/4 t honey for each 1 t sugar.
    For larger recipes, you'd also have to make adustments for the extra liquid in the honey, but for something like this I bet you'd be OK with just the straight substitution. I need to pick up some pumpkin, but I'll give it a try!
