Just curious, I suck the water down at the gym when working out, today I had 8 cups at the gym alone.
1) Is it good, bad, or doesn't mater to drink that much water when working out?
2) Do you count your water that you consume at the gym?
3) I do sweat like crazy, my shirt is all ways just soaked when I am done. Is this odd I see more people who don't seem to be so sweaty.

1) I have no idea, I usually drink 1 quart while working out
2) Yes I do
3) Other people probably don't work as hard as you do. I sweat my *kitten* off at the gym.0 -
Eventually your body will adapt to not as much drinking. When I first started running 1-3miles, I needed a bottles of water since I got so thirsty. Now I run about 6-7miles without a single drop but I do hydrate myself before a workout. Honestly, when I see people sweat like crazy in the gym, like drenched shirts, my respects go way high for them. It just means that they are working very hard vs someone who is not sweating on looking like they aren't pushing themselves0
