While you might not see the same person at a 30 lb weight difference, you can sort pictures of women with your height and body type in both your current weight and your goal weight. It can give you a realistic idea of where you are now (from a perspective outside your own) and where you are going.

Hi!!
I' 5'6 and 34 years old and started MFP, Zumba,and weight training back on June 21st and as of today I am down 38 pounds!!! :drinker: I went from a size 18 to a size 10 (and those are starting to get loose too! LOL) Here is a before and after pic of me but Ive even lostmore weight since the after pic was taken of me!

Hope that works! You can DO this!! One way that really helped me....when the scale wasnt moving I would every two weeks on a Thursday (no idea how it go to be a thursday LOL) measure myself. Not just a few places...everywhere that mattered to me. My upper arms, neck, chest, stomach, hips, butt, upper thighs and calves. The difference is INCREDIBLE because sometimes when youre not necessarily losing weight the inches coming off are a big motivator!!!! Friend me if you want, but you GOT THIS GIRL!!
