Ok. My body is really starting to piss me off. I've worked out 3 times a weeks for the last two weeks, which is more than I've worked out the last 2 months. I've been drinking the water, watching my sodium and sticking yo my diet like a fiend. Can someone please explain to me why I've GAINED half a pound over the last two weeks? WTF?!?!?!?

Well it's common to gain after a new workout. Especially since you're not used to it. Your body is just retaining to help repair muscle. It should go away soon. It also depends on your calorie intake also and when you weigh yourself.0

I don't lose unless I work out like a maniac 5 days a week. Maybe up your workouts?0

Babe dont worry too much cause the same thing happened to me. 35 or so days later and I shall weigh myself tomoz but the tape measure has shown that inches have been lost. It just takes a longer time for different people. Stick with it, results will start to show soon. Feel free to 'friend' me for more support. DON'T GIVE UP!!!0

Patience (I know, I know.. NO ONE wants to be patient in this journey, but you HAVE to be patient). Give your body a chance to catch up to everything that is going on. It isn't uncommon for you to have a weight gain after a hard workout as the muscles are retaining water. Usually within 2-3 days it will go away. BUT, if you're working out everyday and pushing your muscles to do more - you won't see that gain go away because you are constantly pushing the muscles.
Give it time.0
