hello!

Hello! I'm new to fitnesspal! I've been working out for 8 months and keeping healthy lifestyle and it feels good! but the thing about me is that I tend to restrict myself a lot when it comes to food that I love and every 1-2 months I started binging on food that I've been missing and eating a lot of junk food in one day. Then get back on track. I've been doing good so far, I just need to learn how to have a cheat meal once a week but I'm afraid that all the hardwork that I put will be gone just by me losing control.

I will be posting a lot of question about health and nutrition, I guess I'm still a noob at controlling myself.
