Well Midgekin,
There are SOME things in here that are good, and others that I have to say sound VERY unhealthy to me.
IE:
I never thought the cookie diet was a good idea. After all you are skipping meals, Sorry Not healthy.
And eating the same salad everyday? That will seriously cut your protien make you grumpy and achy.
Unless you add protine to the salad, But it still sounds boaring and impossible to stay on.
The Dandilion tea is alright but the workout that Madonna does are more then 90% of her fitness.
Not the tea.
Benifiber is alright. But too much of it and you will never be able to leave the house because you will be stuck in the restroom. Too much dieretic and you are in serious worry of dehydration.
You can take a bath in Epsom Salts all day. I have trouble thinking it is going to do anything for the regular person other then make our skin super soft. Which is a good thing. What this does not say is that the bath only firms them up because then they are pushed to the breaking point by a personal perfessional trainer.
and the worst of them all a Quick Sugar fix, OMG are they SERIOUS!!??!!??!!??!!:noway:
However that said, I like the 10 min thing, but if you have to trick yourself into the work out, you might need to think of a new workout. Boardom breeds downfall.
The tooth brushing thing is good too. because clean teeth believe it or not also contribute to a health heart.
Blue plates?? Well I think SMALLER plates is a grand idea.
I agree with the sushi one. But watch it, Sushi is LOADED with calories!
If you want sushi eat only 3 pieces MAX! NOT the 8 to 12 that others eat.
And the HIKE thing RAH Someone got it RIGHT!!!!!
But this might just be me. What do the rest of you think?

I made copies so I can read it all later. Thanks .0

Where's the L for Liposuction?
All jokes aside, some points are valid, many sound downright unhealthy. I've heard something about the epsom salts and how it pulls toxins from your body.
The cookie diet? Hmm..not sure about that. If you replace just two meals a day with a healthier cereal, you will definitely lose weight too.
Thanks for the post. I always find it interesting to see some of the things people do to lose weight.0 -
I sat down and read through it, and it isn't for me.:noway: I am trying to learn the correct way to eat and exercise for the rest of my life and not just some quick fixes to loose weight. Sometimes you got to admit some of the actors look like their tired and undernourished. Thanks for your post though, it was interesting to read.:flowerforyou:
Or T for Tummy Tuck ,F for Face lift  You know they do it. Even Hillary Clinton from what rumors have it.:glasses:0 -
Interesting
I was also reading somewhere benefibre makes u feel fuller?
