Just wanted to say hello.
Im new to myfitnesspal, but have been regularly exercising and making a lifestyle change for the past year and a half. I am 6' 0" and my starting weight was 220 lbs and I am currently 180-185 lbs, but went as low as 170. My goals are now to sustain and reduce my body fat. Something that I have learned and observed is that I had to have a great supporting group. For this reason, I have stayed motivated.
