Hey, im new to this website and i have noticed ALOT of people who are doing all the wrong things for fat loss and muscle growth.

First off is the nutrition part, don't be afraid to reach your reccomended caloric intake per day. I seen way to many people on here saying they eat around 1,000 calories a day, thats very unhealthy for your body. if you struggle with getting enough calories snack inbetween meals, like peanuts or something, they are high in omega fats and calories. (1 serving of nuts usually has 200 calories and 15-20g of fat) Now some of you might be thinking "i don't want to eat peanuts because of the fats" trust me, the fat found in nuts, fish, and olive oil are healthy omega fats, which are GREAT for building muscle, which leads to weight loss. (eating healthy fats help you burn off bodyfat.)Having more muscle on your frame is good because it raises your metabolism which burns bad fats. So do not be afraid of those healthy fats, stay away from the bad ones found in junk foods.

Second is the Sleep, if you're not getting proper rest during the night say goodbye to fast muscle gains. Sleep is one of the most important things about gaining muscle and losing fat. You need about 8 hours of sleep a night no less than 7 no more than 10. Alot of people think that when your working out your building muscle right? WRONG, when you're working out you're actually burning your muscle and when you sleep later that night, your body takes that time to restore all the damage you've done to your muscles, and inreturn makes them a little bit bigger and stronger. (same goes with eating you must eat those calories to gain proper muscle, try to eat a banana right after a workout for healthy calories)

These are just a few tips i can give you guys about fat loss and muscle gaining, which is really the same thing. The more muscle you pack on the more fat you'll burn off!
