I dont have pix but i know 3 ppl who tried it..lazy ppl and they look amazing.. it worked for them... i also the vid ill do it next month after im done doing what im currently doing

Check youtube. That's where I went to do my research on Insanity. There are lots of before and after pics. There are quite a few blogs as well. I'm starting it tomorrow
