how often do you weigh your self?

    I weight myself any morning that I know I'll be lighter.
    If I went to bed full the night before, and/or ate a lot of high bulk (yet super healthy) foods that were still in my system, then I won't weigh myself the next morning because I know it's just the weight of the food in my body.

    Used to weigh myself daily, but would freak out by the bumps thanks to water weight, so now I'm hoping to only do it on Mondays :D

    I used to do it daily when I was at my lowest weight and it started to mess with me emotionally as I could gain anywhere from 2-5 pounds day-to-day and it would make me panic so I had to stop. Now I weigh in once a week on Sundays. Resarch suggest to do it weekly as that is a true representation of your weight loss/gain. Weighing yourself dalily is not a true representation as we naturally fluctate anywhere from 5-10 lbs in one day!
