I am new to this. This may sound dumb. Are you saying one must lock in 15 miles from 23/10 to 30/10?
Yes. It's a challenge that you run, walk, crawl, swim, skip 15 miles this week.
Okay....I will try. I just got start and right now doing something between 2 to 3 km a day. This is really going to be a challenge. :ohwell: But going to try it!!
If you can go walking for at least an hour a day at a moderate pace (4.5km/hr or more) then you'll have your 15 miles in about 6 days. Less days if you walk faster or do more time!0 -
Thanks guys. I did only 2.8 km yesterday. A bit of math 15 miles = 24 km.
Will try 4 km today. A lot of motivitation and little bit divine intervention will see me through. :bigsmile:0 -

15 mile works out to 24 km. 1 mile = 1.6 km.
Anyway just manage to do 3 km. :ohwell:

Sunday ----> 7.2 km = 4.47 miles
Monday ----> 7.61 km = 4.73 miles
TOTALS ----> 14.81 km = 9.200 -
