Healthy(but theyd never know) Super Bowl Party recipes-add y
Turkey hot sausage stuffed mushrooms(my dad invented this little ditty so its caloric count I have no idea)
One pacakage mushroom(the regular ones you get in a store as big as you can find)
1/2 pound extra lean ground turkey
paprika, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, touch of slenda-season to taste(to make italian susage)
Mix meat mixture
remove stems from mushrooms(now if i had my hands in this I woulda used the mushies in the sausage)
stuff mushroom caps with the turkey and bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes.
(we had small mushrooms so I figure 6 small is a good serving)
I wish I woulda done this one to make a more precise recipe but this is my closest approximation.
