Fill out your profile and people will look at it to see if you have common interests. They will ask to be friends and if not you go and look for friends around your age and maybe same interests and ask them. Most are real friendly on here.. Good luck. Welcome Daysinalleyways. I don't know how much 25kg is, but you shouldn't want to lose it fast. In my opinion fast weight loss equal fast weight gain. The slow road is the way to go. 1 to 2 pounds of fat loss a week is the healthy weight loss. That would equal to 4 to 8 pounds of fat loss a month.
You can do this and the slow way too. Believe in yourself.0 -
