Did anyone else require a great deal more sleep while doing p90x? I have gone from about 8 a night to about 10 hours a night! Am I the only one?

i had to increase my sleep after starting bikram yoga. it wasn't an intense burn for me, but the heat sapped my energy like no other. i don't find it surprising that after a p90x workout, you need an extra couple of hours of rest.0

May depend on time of day that you workout as well, if i get within 5 hours of bedtime it can affect my sleep in different ways.0

I slept more when I first started. Now I am back to my normal routine0

P90x is one of the great products from Beachbody, I own a big part of "beating my diabetes" to P90x... They have quite a few different programs that combine nutrition and workouts (via dvd)...let me know if you want to know more, I am a beachbody coach! (trying to give back)0
