So is it an online school or are you going to a campus to study?

You could do either online or campus but I chose campus, thought it would be more worthwhile.

Concentrate on learning how to read on scenarios. Part of the tests will give you scenarios of a person's health, fitness level, prior experience with exercise. Then you have to try to make a recommendation on a program. Also SAFETY hammered in the test throughout and about 80% of it is going to be safety regarding exercise, how to safely exercise a person with a condition, etc.
Don't worry too much about totally kineosiology and movement of muscle as little is covered on it. Maybe 15% at most.
