I recorded a fitness show that changes everyday. it's on at 3am. So I'm going to go try that. it's an hour and it's yoga today. Glad kids are sleeping. i'm probably going to be falling all over, don't have the greatest balance!:laugh: :grumble:0

I record those night time fitness shows too. I have a bunch of them on the DVR.
I didn't work out this morning cuz I kept getting up and down all night, so that alarm got snoozed. I have to make up for it tonight tho.0 -

Hey guys...i got up early this morning and did bits and pieces of a few workout shows I had recorded. I got in some pilates stretches, aerobics with Gilad and a little yoga posing to cool down. I feel great although waking up sucked.
I did the initial test for the 200 sit ups challenge last night. i did much better than i thought I would and it really motivated me to get up and go this morning....that and the weigh in. if any of you haven't started the sit ups challenge I urge you to do it. I was put off at first about sit ups because of my back problem. Then I read the site and it says 'sit ups' means crunches to them. So i was game.
I'm off to work with my ankle weights. Getting kinda discouraged because the scale won't budge. I know I'm probly gaining muscle blah blah blah....
Anyhoo, I'll come home, hit the bike, and ride to China. I think I need to start wearing a sweat suit when I ride because no matter how hard I push myself, I can't sweat like I should. I start to 'glisten' as we say down here, and I feel my pores open, but sweat doens't pour fast enough to match what I;m doing to myself.0 -

I'm here. I've done 20 minutes on bowflex and 10 on bike for the morning. I'm exhausted. Stupid dog barked all night. I think I"m going to head back to bead until it's time to get my son ready for school. I'm very lucky his school doesn't start until 930. Talk to you all later! LAST CHANCE WORKOUT FELLOW PURPLES!!!0

My DH is home today, so I'm going to step it up a notch as well. Tom has left my house so my weight is calming down. I've lost the weight I gained in the last week. But, I am not sure if I've lost since last weigh in. I check my weight so much I can't remember what I was. LOL:laugh:0

You are all doing great. We went today to see about getting that loan in motion so now we have started the process. Wish us luck! I haven't really done much else this week except stress over this house crap. It's been driving me crazy for a whole week now and I haven't cared about anything else. Good job ladies and good luck!0

Hi guys, I'm still here, just not very motivated - my birthday today, and my hubby & kids forgot and then tried to make out they knew all along!
I've got no energy today, tummy bug to boot, hoping to get back to work on Thursday.
Really need a boot up the backside at the moment, just can't be bothered with anything.0 -
I came home and worked up a sweat (finally) on the bike. Funny that I've been drinking tons of water and not sweating, then I splurge on some super salty chips and sweat my butt off!
Anyway, also did some more crunches, even tho the site said to wait a few days for ur tummy to rest. I really really felt these....only did 2 sets (20,21) and gave up. lol
Then after all this good work.....hubby decides he wants to go out to eat. i had been saying that the advice I'm getting for my plateau is to eat some fat. I didn't mean quite like this and I'm scared to eat out on weigh night. But I've stopped all forms of restauranting since I started this so they deserve it.0 -

Tampa~ Yeah you sweated. I know you've been focusing on that. I sweat on my bike after 3 min. I don't know how you go like you do on it!!!:noway: Go splurge, just stay in your diet. There are good things you can get out in the "real world'. Decide where you're going to eat before and look up the nutritional facts and decide what you are eating before you get there. Makes it less tempting to order something you shouldn't. Also order water and drink atleast one cup before you get your meal. You're eat less!
Renae~ I hope this house gets done with. That way your stress can go bye bye and you can get back to whipping our butts in workouts! I know a lil selfish but, I miss them! Sorry!
I just got done doing 2 miles on the gazelle in 26 minutes. I'm so proud of myself. When I started I could do a mile in 15 and was dead. So not only have I doubled my mileage but, I've shortened my time. LAST CHANCE!!!

I haven't seen 4real either. I hope she is doing good. I wish it would go away too because I can't seem to focus on anything, including my eating. That is what drives me nuts! I am hoping everyone else is doing better than me. I am trying to get back in the groove. I will try to do better next week. I miss our workouts too and I feel like I am letting you all down. Sorry about that!0

I know you weren't trying to guilt me into doing this. It is just that I hate having that stress that I normally don't have. It is driving me crazy! I think after this week I am not going to worry about it anymore. Whatever happens just has to happen. So plan on getting the butt kicking done next week. I am going to just let this week go on like it is. I am not going to worry about my lifestyle change. I am not doing too awful so I am just going to let things fly on by. I will try to be back to myself next week. I hope!!0 -
Good glad to know that! I look forward to the butt kicking! Let me know when you decide to come back. That way I have some warning. I need to prepare for theses kind of things. I'll have to stretch, practice my breathing, and think of some other things to prepare my body for the butt kicking.:drinker:0

alright, we just got back and i feel good about it. i had blackened grouper salad with light balsamic vinegrette dressing. i did go off the diet a little and drink some of hubby's soda because my water tasted like they dipped the cup in the toilet.
anyhoo, hubby and i were having a heated discussion about how full of sh** he is by telling me he can see the difference in my weight loss. so he said come home and take a new pic....so i did...and I CAN TELL!!!! OMG! That's just what I needed to see.

I have to be honest with you. The only difference I see is... I SEE CHEEKBONES!! Congratulations. I can't wait to see cheekbones.
