Got to get the weight off... Again..

Hi everyone,
I am here trying to lose weight. I am 5'1" and currently 168 pounds. At my heaviest, I was 230 pounds. I had dropped down to 156 and kept it off for about a year and for some reason I started eating crazy and picked up some weight. My heaviest this go around has been 178, which was about 3 weeks ago. I hope to get down to about 140. I know the charts say I should be around 125 but who am I kidding. I haven't been that small since I was 13.

Welcome! The first step is to recommit to yourself, which it sounds like you've done. Don't beat yourself up about the slide, focus instead that you have decided to do what's right for you TODAY! Way to go!0
