How do you eat yours? Plain, butter spray, cinnamon? It's my first time trying them out!

I fix my in a skillet with butter spray and cinnamon. If I can spare the calories/fat I will had a little bit of margarine or butter so they won't stick as much. Despite using spray and nonstick pan they do have a tendency to stick. If you go by the database I feel it has a higher calorie count than what you can create on your own by being able to control the amount of butter used. Don't need the patties taking a swim in the butter

A little butter, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. I heat it in the microwave in a bowl with all that stuff on them.

A touch of salt can replace butter or margerine. I realized the reason I loved butter so much was the salty flavor (and I hated the greasy feel). So, I just add a bit of salt to anything I might have used butter on before: Pancakes, etc.

Wow that sounds good too and I'm going to have to try it but I kinda like the crispiness of doing it on the stove top. Maybe its because that is the way my Mom used to fix them except I don't use no where near the amount of butter she did...but then again her highest weight was 120 when she was pregnant...lol. Go figure the one thing I would have like to have inherited from her I did NOT!

I make them in the toaster so I don't have to use oil. I love them plain! Maybe a little salt :D

    Did someone say sweet potatoes?

Now I've never had sweet potato patties. I'm intrigued. Tell me more.

But I do eat my sweet potatoes with the fat from frying the hamburger patties, with added salt. Every single day.
