Has anyone tried a hypnotist to quit smoking?

    my mom quit by hypnosis but it only lasted about a year then she started smoking again. i really really want to quit... actually that is a lie.... i enjoy smoking but... i want to quit for my kids, they really really want me to quit. it was so easy when i was preganant with them, i just quit cold turkey no problem what so ever now its a whole other story. maybe i will get hypnotized. let us know how it goes if u do it and good luck to u!
