Ok I have figured out

MFP= My fitness pal

HRM=heart rate monitor

NSV????

What are some other common abbreviation on here that i may like to know?

Thanks for your help I hate not knowing stuff.

    Non-Scale Victory --- as in, if your clothes fit better, someone makes a nice comment, you stayed away from sweets, etc.

    NSV is non-scale victory. Like you bought a size small pants or you fit into your car easier or you ran your first 5 K. It may be someone saw you and didn't recognize you and then goes WOW! when they do. :happy: All thing happy related to weight loss other that the scale numbers!

    30DS= 30 Day Shred. It's a Jillian Michael work out DVD.

    TOM I was able to figure this one out but I had to laugh when my son asked why all the girls thought it was Toms (the name's) or guys fault...
