So I'm making my first trip to trader joe's and whole foods in my attempt to transition to eating less processed foods. I'm going to make meals for the week but I'm a little lost on what will be offered to me and what I can use it for. What are your favorite meals that you make with strictly non-processed food?

It depends on your definition of processed - even milk is processed. Are you still going to eat meat? If you are going all unprocessed, the possibilities are endless.

You can make any old recipe whole by substituting things.
For white bread/pasta/rice, switch to whole and brown. Add fresh veg to every meal and cook your meals instead of buying packaged ones.

you can make any of the items on my blog with organic foods if you prefer, or just appreciate that its natural unprocessed eating. My fave is #1 on the list. You could add a sweet potato to make it a complete meal.
