NSVs? Yeah, I've got them.

A couple of weeks ago, I had to invest in some new jeans - the old ones were literally falling off. Last week, I had to buy new bras. Yesterday, my husband told me he could really see a difference in my appearance and my attitude.
But the best NSV? With every sit-up I do, or every inch or pound I lose, I'm getting more confidence back. My self-esteem is coming back. I don't look at myself with such a negative eye. To me, this is worth everything!
