So I thought I was doing pretty good today but guess, once again, what I think is "good" is deceiving.

So now I have about 600 cals left for the day, more if I exercise..

Does anyone have any good low-cal lunch ideas.. maybe 250-350 cals?.. that way I can have a suitable dinner as well and work in some exercise to make up for my overage??

Thanks friends :flowerforyou:

I usually have a whole wheat tortilla with hummus, turkey, and lettuce. It's about 200 calories or so! If you don't like hummus you could put a light dressing on it too.

a salad with grilled chicken or tuna
a lean cuisine meal ( :blushing: i'm a college student. cut me some slack)
wheat bread with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard
    veggie buger/ turkey burger

    hope some of those helped
