For the first time in a very long time, I got on the scale this morning and it said....145!!!! I am done! I did it. I am so happy about my weight lost.


I think I am going to lose five more pounds!

    I can't wait for it to be my turn... I'm a little scared of the maintenance phase though... that is usually when I mess up.

    Its funny though, how you set a goal then reach it and still you want more. I am experiencing that... I'm not at my goal yet but as I near it I'm thinking I am not going to look and feel how I should at that weight and maybe I should adjust my goal.
