hi does any one know how many calories zumba burns? ive been doing the flat abs and the live cardio workout but no idea if im burning anything off....i am sweating lol and even though i not loosing weight my shape is changing..anyone got any suggestions or knows how many cal burned let me know asap

Get a Heart Rate Monitor with a chest strap. Polar FT4 or FT7, you will know with certainty how many calories you burn. I have a FT7, but there isn't much more it does than the FT4.

Zumba burns lots... around 500+ in an hour.
