Exercise suggestions please.

Hi everyone;

I am just wanting to know if anyone can recommend any exercises that will shrink my lower half... I seem to carry a lot of weight at my mid section and down (I am a pear shape) It's so frustrating and it's probably my biggest insecurity.... that tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't get me wrong I have some arm flab I'd love to lose as well but right now my goal is that tire and it honestly is a tire because I don't have a huge bum haha tmi, but you get what I'm saying!

    sounds nuts but walking does it all. Walk in neighborhoods, walk on hills, walk fast, walk slow....I have just proven how much it can tone. I may very well be able to wear boots this winter!! Best of luck with whatever you do!!

    Hi hun!, I'm trying the Tracy Anderson method, check on youtube, I've foud the whole mat session on there. Also I'm trying 10 min solution blast off belly fat with suzanne, both are working great, and you'll work your arms too on both! good luck with it! :)
