Hey there -
I'm new here, but not to exercising. My goal is to cut body fat -- I'm currently around 40% body fat and want to cut that down to 25%. My plan is to stock up on fruits and veggies, learn some new healthy recipes and cut back on dairy --- cheese and ice cream are my favorites!
I also plan to work out 3-4 times a week.
Reply if you've got similar goals and we'll help each other lose by summer time!

I am around that boby fat percentage as well. I go to a nutritist every couple of month to keep weight in check but I can't seem to cut the fat percentage. I eat lean meat, I normally work out at least 3-4 week as well. I am trying the calorie count this time and picking protein as one of my concentration because if you eat your daily protein often times you won't go for the feel good foods like ice cream...for me it's bread....I love it. I am willing to be here for you and I will keep you posted if any of this is working...my nutritist appointment is on Feb 19, and she measures my weight, boby mass and fat percentage, so if I see progress with less calories and more protein then I should see results in boby fat. You should try to add strenght training to because it builds muscle and muscle burns fat... Good luck!

I am with you! Stock up on fruits and veggies. But it will be insanely hard to give up dairy products for me. But in reality, I don't truly eat them enough for it to make a difference.
I am currently going to the gym 3-4x a week, but will be starting the P90 program monday. So that will be 3-4x at the gym, and then working out on that program as well during the week, so basically 6x a week.
My goal is more to to lose weight, and tone up. My first goal is by spring break, as I'm going to Key West. Then the final goal is by my summer concerts!
I really need to reseach more on what my body fat is. My BMI is "normal" for my height, but I'm unhappy with this lack of tone and definition.

So I am totally with you on the goal by summertime!

    Good luck to you!
