Hey Everyone!

I am not new to MFP, but have just been MIA. I previously lost 30 lbs using MFP combined with Turbo Jam, hiking and consuming 1500 or less calories, but due to a bunch parties, bbqs, family get together, etc. and starting back at school I got a little off course. Thankfully I have only put on 3 lbs in the last 2-3 months, but I know if I don't get back at it that 3 lbs gain will turn in to 5, than 10, than 20 and so on. So I would welcome any support people want to throw my way. I of course will return the favour :)

    welcome back and that's great that you only gained a few pounds during your period of complacency. glad that most of your hard work has not gone for naught and you're ready to do this thing again.

    It's awesome that you realized that you needed to get back on track!!! I did not do that last time and gained back 100 pounds. So, I have to start at the beginning again. It's inspiring to see you here taking control right away!!!! Awesome!
