So today I did yoga wearing my HRM... today I did good and held my poses well but it seemed it was one of those days that my heart rate was higher while doing it... I thought well its just more of a workout today and I'll have the luck of burning slightly more calories... UGH after I got done and my legs where wobbly I realized I didn't set my crono part and it doesnt track your calories for the duration of your work out unless you do that. So! now I don't know how many calories I just burned while doing that part of my workout! I really don't feel like doing it all again on top of my remaining workout just so I can know the calories.
 :grumble:

HRM are so addictive. I completely understand what you are feeling. :flowerforyou:

lol, I was so disgusted that I put off the rest of my routine and went to a walk-in vision appointment and spent $321 dollars on vision test, trial contacts, and new spiffy "in fashion" glasses WITH magnetic sunglass clip! Oh, and was going to do more new me / retail therapy shopping but my pupils were dilated and I had trial contacts in so I couldn't see the prices of things! :noway:

Next time you do yoga and feel like you worked the same you can come back and use that calorie burn number per minute.... or, if you have one from the past, use that as an estimate!
