Fat loss or muscle building?

well lean muscle does burn more calories at rest than fat so if you want to get "double" benefits, I'd go with muscle building. You'd build some muscle which will help you burn more and lose more fat but you might only lose that 14lbs but you'll look better cuz you'll have lost the fat and built some lean, defined muscle. Just my humble opinion based on what my personal trainer has told me about how she wants to help me lose weight...0
