I'm 5' 7" or so tall and my goal weight is 168 (30 pounds from my start weight of 198) from where I am now. I plan to do that in about 6 or so months, and after those 6 months my goal is to get to 150 pounds (lose 18 pounds more). From there I'll see where my body is that I'll figure out if I want to lose a little more. The lowest I'll go is 135-140 but I don't want to get too skinny.0

I am 5' 2 1/2'' and my target weight is 165. I am being realistic here, after losing 67 pounds in two years, then putting 20 back on during a convalense time during a back injury and surgery. The lowest I've been in 4 years is 189. I am 65 years old and would be happy to be in a 14 size.0
