Starting Back Up.

I am a college student with a busy schedule and a hectic lifestyle. I have a stressful major and a job as a Resident Assistant, leaving little time for myself.

Back in high school, I started out weighing around 160 lbs. Over my four high school years, I lost about 40 lbs through sports and illness. Then when I came to college, the weight came back due to a new lifestyle, my eating pattern changed and so did my active lifestyle.

With so much going on in my life, I decided that I have to get healthy and back in shape in order to feel my best and do my best. So, I have decided to really work hard to lose around 30 lbs, and get back to where I used to be. Honestly, the number on the scale is a good goal, but I am more focused on the feeling, how I feel phsyically and how I feel about myself mentally and emotionally.

Woo. Here's to watching what I eat and getting back on the treadmill. Hope I can be as successful as so many others!
