I am starting C25K next week but I can't figure out how to down load it to my mp3 player does anyone know how?

    What mp3 player do you have. I download the files onto my computer.

    Then add the file to my itunes library and sync from there.

    Which website are you using. I use the podrunner tracks.

    There are then links that you click on and a dialogue box will open, that you select save.
