    Sorry I missed weigh in this week. I was away. Family occassion. I did lots of walking but even more eating and as the time went on even more. Emotional eating, family get togethers should be just happy but why are they always stressful as well. Wish they would all just get along. Anyway I'm home now. And now my daughter who only a couple of moths moved out, and then 3 weeks ago her hours were cut in half has now managed to get herself 5 'FIVE ' casual jobs. So has asked me to come in and help her out. I can't say no but I want to, I need to stay in my own home and get myself together.

    ARGGGGH! So frustrated...I have been super super good all week and the scale has not budged! I just know I'm doing everything I can, exercising loads, lowering carbs etc etc, It just has to move soon...so I'll just keep on trucking til it cooperates....

    I am still at 207, this has not been a good week. What started out as a little annoying head cold has progressed into an upper respiratory and bronchial infection. I am on a z pak and asthma inhalers and beginning to feel a little better. It is so frustrating not being able to exercise at all, i know I can't- carrying the baby upstairs last night sent me into spasms of coughing. Hadn't realized how hard it is to stay at 1200 calories without the benefits of exercise. Hope I can put my workout shoes on next week. Good luck to everyone and stay healthy!!

    114 this week, but for a better reason.. I was 112.4 on Monday, but I started the 30ds Monday and know I'm holding water because of it. I do want to change my goal weight to 112 if that's okay, Falisha. I'm working on gaining muscle and there is no way I can do that if I'm trying to keep it at 110. I'm focusing on using a tape measure more than the scale.

    Down just a .5 lb but I'll take it. Haven't felt great all week, thus no exercise. On meds which are helping so next week should be better. My next mini-goal is 2.5 lbs away...so near and yet so far! lol
