ANTERIOR LUNGES!! I love Jillian but I hate htese with a passion. I dont know what it is. My arms hurt and those side to side lunges are hard for me to do for some reason. I dont understand why - I think that I am just a little gumby at them.
I also have a love/hate relationship with my crosstrainer. I love to do it but even with music I find it to be as boring as watching paint dry (If you face a wall, thats what you would actually be doing!!!)0 -

Don't like ankle express, never have. I admire those that do run, but I don't ever see myself doing that can't seem to get into it.0
-
all of them lol
well i do like running.. that's the only one i like though0 -
I hate doing *kitten* (or my trainers version of them) - assume pressup position, do a pressup, squat thrust then a star jump and then squat down and do a big frog leap then rinse and repeat.
A few of those and you know you are working out0 -
For all the 'tinkling' ladies - Pelvic Floor girls, Pelvic Floor. Twenty a day, everyday. Ten quick and then ten slow. It works.
Anyway...I don't like Jumping Jacks, purely because I can hear a click when jumping back in. That's not my knees or back or anything other than my pouch flapping against my stomache. I absolutely hate that. The day I don't here the click I'll know I'm on the right track.
Lunges, they just mess my knees up no matter my form. I'm hoping this is a weight thing as they never used to do it.0 -
Burpees. They have a funny name but they are no fun.
This!
I used to hate running too but I've got used to it now, I'll do it of my own accord now and not just when my trainer gets me doing it.
I won't do burpees of my own accord though!0 -
Definitely crunches!0

I'm another one in the I hate jumping jacks club LOL. I just hate them because they bother my ankles. Also, I hate yoga. I have tried and tried to get into yoga because I know it would be good for me, but it is just SO BORING I can't stand it. Even though it is challenging it's still boring, and unlike other challenging things, I dont' feel great after it. I think I need to give up on the idea of ever doing yoga because I think I will never like it!0

running but i actually want to learn to love it
my ankles seem to 'crack' when i run and i lose my balance0 -
jumping jacks because i have heavy boobs not meaning to be rude or anything i tend to stick to the toned down version one armand leg at a time and hold the boobs down with the other0

I've been doing Amy Dixons' Breathless Body, which is a Tabata workout.
She has an exercise called donkey kicks, where you're down on the floor as if you're going to do mountain climbers...but instead you kick your feet up....and kick your butt so to speak. Those are killer!:0 -
I second that. My trainer calls them Burpees. I can do them alone, but not when he puts them together with a high intensity workout like Crossfit. I can barely make it after the first round!0

Anything Jillian Micheals! I just cannot take the aggressive nature sometimes. Makes me want to punch something.....so I decided if I hate it that much, I will not do it. Yes, she gives results, but she is not my preferance at all.
I hate her and I haven't even tried it! (All the yelling... screaming.... but, enough about me.)0 -
Swimming. It's cold, wet, miserable, I hate chlorine (and salt) in my eyes, the changing rooms are always manky, you get splashed in the face by stupid irritating teenage boys who don't look where they are going, and I always feel like I am drowning.
I have low BF, I don't float easily, I can swim fine when scuba diving, and I have air, but I can't stand swimming in general. Especially in England. I can just about cope in Italy when it's 38 degrees C, outdoors in a huge pool. In England, no way.0 -
squats, it's heck on my knees.. Anyone know of an easier version for people with arthritis?0
-
Anything sideplankish like leg raises balanceing on the elbow, planks to kicks etc. Also not a fan of plyometrics like jumping lunges.0
-
Running... I hate it. I don't care if its on a treadmill, elliptical or outside. It is the most mind numbing thing ever. Hurts my shins, and my mind checks out on me. I cant stand it. Id rather run a cheese grater across my testicles than run/jog.0
-
I hate stationary bike boring as:)
Extreme Hitt class we do is also hateful but you fell good after lol0 -
Yoga, it really bores me through every minute, and I can't get in alot of the poses lol
I also hate alot of steady state cardio, especially running!0 -
I hate any and all cardio machines. I get on a treadmill or an exercise bike or an elliptical and about after about 30 seconds I want to die from complete and total boredom. Give me real outside cardio any day.0
-
I hate to run. I would rather do anything else in the world. I get so bored and just can not stand doing it.
I have to agree. I'd rather walk at a brisk pace with weights or do lunges while walking. Jogging/running is just not my thing and kills me knee. I had surgery on one 2 years ago and ever since running has been my enemy.0 -
LUNGES LUNGES LUNGES ........
if i could set them on fire i would lmao!!!!0
