This week has been a very stressful week because my husband is in the field right now and Ive been running around crazy going from work to getting my daughter, to going and dog sitting dogs, to doing school work. I have a 1200 calorie limit and have been under that every day...tonight I feel like I need to eat a ton of food and I'm trying to fight the urge to do it! Is this just a craving or is it my body telling me to eat??:-/
