for TOMORROW! I have planned out my meals for tomorrow, and I'm not sure what to do to get to a minimum of 1200 calories. No, I do not eat back my exercise calories. It works for me, so please do not comment on that. I just want to know a healthy way to get that extra 200 or so calories in my day? I plan on burning about 1,000 calories tomorrow through my workouts. I know there is no fruit in there, but I have yet to go shopping, and I have no fruit in the house at the moment! Can anyone help me?

How about adding some carbs to breakfast - a slice of toast or a bagel with a little sugar free jam.0

I second he peanut butter. Also avacado's, almonds, oatmeal. Maybe a little cheese with or without crackers. Yogurt. All good stuff. I hope this helps.0

Maybe a piece of toast with breakfast
Add a string cheese with your lunch or snack0 -
Yep, peanut butter with an apple is good...
Greek yogurt gives you lots of protein...
Get some Sara Lee 90 calorie whole wheat muffins...eat 1/2 of one of those with your eggs...
Definitely get some fruit when you're able to...
I get those Buddig brand lunchmeats to give me extra protein without a lot of calories...only 90 cals per serving..
Fiber One Brownies..90 Calories
Nature Valley Granola Thins...80 Calories....0 -
