  • I cook them with Italian style bread crumbs and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 375 for 35 min or until juices run clear. Hope this helps

My favourite way is to pan fry them with a little bit of olive oil (less than 1 tsp), sprinkle them with balsamic vinegar and no-salt seasonings. They will turn a yummy dark brown colour. Serve with brown rice or mashed cauliflower and lots of grilled veggies (I baste them with balsamic as well)....I have had rave reviews about them this way....and they are so super easy and quick (less than 20 minutes without the starch!!!)

Try a sauce with apples and pears made with apple cider as your base. Spices and herbs that work well with pork, allspice, bay leaf, chives, garlic, ginger fresh or ground, nutmeg, any type of onion, sage, oregano, most peppers fresh or ground. Most citrus fruits and juices do quite well with any pork dish.

Try a marinade of yogurt, curry, and garlic, reserving some as either a sauce or a dip at serving. Or a rub of diced jalapenos, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and crushed peanuts.

    That'll get you started.
