Can any one help? I have recently been diagnosed with arthritis and have been told not to do any strenuous excercise, so at the moment have only really been messing about on just dance for the Wii but find my legs quickly start hurting. Needs to be something I can do with a 10th month old crawling round. Any help much appreciated.

Try to excercise in the water where you are weightless.0

I agree .Water is probably best. But as for doing it at home with the baby you may want to try different cardio videos and see if they hurt your knees at all. There are also some special bikes that are made for the joints.0

Thanks guys, I try and go swimming as often as possible which to be honest could be improved on, need to make sure hubby is there so he can watch the kids otherwise it's pointless as im left standing in the water holding the baby and cant do any swimming.0
