Hey all,
I've definitely feeling smaller lately, but haven't really seen a difference in either the scale or the measurements. I'm thinking it might be because the weight is coming off the low tummy area (which is below where I measured my waist measurement, and above my hip measurement).
Has anyone else had this experience where you LOOK smaller in the mirror, but no real change in lbs on the scale?

I've had that. I've also had times when I looked and felt smaller but had actually gained weight. I would wake up with a flat stomach and be like "Yay!!" then find out I gained 5 lbs. :laugh:0
