So recently I read that you burn 1 calorie per 2 jumping jacks.
If you need to create a deficit of 3500 calories a week, you need a deficit of 500 calories a day right?
So if you did 1000 jumping jacks a day for 7 days, would you lose a pound?
Tell me what you think!

The sad truth is the fitter you become the less caloric expendature. IE the more you lose weight the harder to lose weight. thats why the last ten pounds are a *****.0

As long as you were eating at a notable calorie deficit.0

Body metabolism behaves in a different way every time you exercise. Theoretically, yes 3500 cal deficit would mean that but you cannot discount what kind of food you have eaten. A food which makes you retain water will not help you lose. Hence it has to be combination of exercise and food.0
