Hi, Im just starting out on this site. Looking for some friends. I have two kids and still cant budge the extra weight. My youngest is 2.5 so is taking a while:blushing: I keep loosing 4 kg and putting on 4kg. Help me break this cycle:smile:

    Hi Guys,

    I'm a bit of a yo-yo dieter and am getting married this Summer so I need to get back on that wagon asap. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated :))
