"10 minute Trainer" starting November 1.....1 DVD a day

10 minute trainer is the fitness dvd that Tony Horton, the P90X guy put out for people with limited time. I did 90 days of 10 minute trainer 2 years ago and got great results. You have a choice of 5 dvd's
1. cardio
2. total body
3. lower body
4. yoga
5. abs
Each dvd is really about 15 minute if you do the warm up and cool down
LOVED THEM!!!!!
I plan to do 1 dvd a day for the month of November
Anybody want to join me?

I'm in. This will be my first time with 10 minute trainer...but not with Tony. Ive done Power 90 in the past and always got results. This being my 1st time I'm going with the calendar he recommends though. I'm stuck with the last 10 #s Ive been trying to lose for the past 4 months. I just slacked off really trying and I want to give it one more good month of giving it my all! I'm just sick of dieting!!!!! So, count me in! I hope to start Monday 10/31 though?0

I am gearing up to start and will start the 31st also,s ince it is a monday.....my time is very llimited and want to get back tothe gym for my 20-30 min utes onthe treadmill and elliptical... cardio, so that and one a day is going to be my goal........I was going to do measurements. I LOVE THE YOGA DVD......I always feel great after that!!!0
