i have decided to crawl back here after noticing that my work trousers are becoming a bit tight and well i look like im 6 months pregnant even thought i'm not...... major flaw.

My weakness is chocolate, takeaways and well lets face it anything naughty for you.

I work stupid hours like on a monday 1-8 and friday 5-10 so dinner times are usually sorted with a takeway on the friday.

I have christmas work do coming around on the 3rd dec so need to shift some weight if going to look hot in my little black dress.

My fella managed to shift his weight and now goes running and cycling everyday but i can't even make it to the end of the road without getting dizzy. My plan is to get back on the exercise bike and sweat like a ..... but then i can reward myself like i did last time.

While i'm typing this i have relised i have eaten 12 galaxy chocolate caramel bites and i still have dominos from last night in the fridge. Though i do have a ready meal in there aswell so might have that and a mugshot for lunch.

I will try and not give in to the vending machine at work and will take a bottle of squash with me. Though pain in the *kitten* when you need to loo as i work on tills in a supermarket.

Anyway i will stop going on but just needed someone to listen.

    i had a dominos for breakfast ( left over from last nights x factor)
    and planning on not eating a thing now for the rest of monday
  • well the galaxy bites are going in the bin. its a sad time but i know if i don't start now i never will!!

    Its so true if you dont start now, tomorrow really never comes... Yeah I seriously have an issue just binging on really unhealthy foods too. But this page really helps out. I had two donuts last night (I also work weird hours 6pm-6am on the weekends) and the bakery delivery guy for the company I work at gave me 6 free donuts! Its embarrassing how excited I was. Anyway I ate two, recorded it and saw I went over my goal and didnt eat anymore, I originally planned on eating six hahahaha
  • right thats it. i've been the wii and i've put on 6lb and my bmi has gone from 25.23 to 26.23. This is getting sorted out before christmas!
  • i have actually STARTED today officially!
    i had a crazy day yesterday but have filled it all in honestly....
    makes me not wanna eat a thing today now
    this website is really helping me out.. i love it
    can't wait to weigh in friday now

  • i dont have a car so that is a bonus as walk to work which is about 15mins away. bit ashamed about the wii fit thing though i must say...opps
